  I just walked out of there after the lady refused to let my daughter hold a hamster that we want to buy for Christmas. I wanted to bring my child here to shop for a pet but now I feel that I was refused service and disrespected despite that I'm a customer who has spent money here for years. I won't anymore. Let's go see what another pet store has to offer ...

  I always heard negative things about this place so I steered clear of it until just a few months ago, when I decided to give it my own opinion. I have to admit I am so disappointed in myself for listening to all that negativity as a teenager because this pet store is the only one within a 30 mile radius that actually takes proper care of their animals and knows what they're talking about. If it wasn't for the owner and his employees my gecko would have died, they gave me all the tips and advice I could possibly want and they helped me nurture my baby back to health. He had been seriously mistreated and malnourished where I bought him and I had been given the wrong tips for caring for him. I will never buy exotic pets from any other store. These guys are dedicated and love what they do! Will continue to do business for as long as they're open!
