Wendy and Chris have brought a taste of uptown New York to the small town of Danville. The classes are geared for any level of fitness and the fresh/organic food is something you never knew your body craved. Once you get a taste you WILL return!

Everyone there has been friendly and helpful. Lukas has been a tremendous blessing during this time. The Prana sessions have been amazing! I highly recommend Wendy and her colleagues at Plank on Main! Good people, good food, good atmosphere! Check them out.
